Edward Sullivan is the CEO and Founder of Trust Exchange. An accomplished executive with over 20 years of experience building and managing technology driven companies, Ed is a serial entrepreneur and investor having started 5 companies where he has raised over $70M in private equity and created $700M in exits for investors and shareholders. Also, Ed was the Founder and CEO of Aria Systems, an on demand billing and customer management platform and LaserLink.net, the world’s first and largest Virtual Internet Service Provider. He has worked closely with many large companies as either a customer or partner including Apple, HP, IBM, Disney, Dreamworks, SONY, Cisco, CSC, VMWare and EMC.

Ed Sullivan is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. In the past, Ed has worked in the financial sector specializing in foreign payments, communication protocols, and outside vendor systems risk analysis.

Susan is a change leadership professional who has spent the past 30 years serving organizations large and small, for-profit, nonprofit and governmental. Her colleagues say she has “a unique gift for finding opportunities within the challenges that face an organization”. Susan attributes this to her asset inventory approach to problem solving: when analyzing business processes and delivering solutions, she seeks to leverage an organization’s inherent strengths. As a systems thinker, she understands the importance of continuing to assess and adapt solutions to meet changing customer needs throughout the entire life cycle of an engagement. A dedicated advocate for end users and organizational success alike, Susan is passionate about helping companies maximize the value of technology to drive best practices in business relationships.
